Losing weight while having fun is not so difficult in Italy, I now propose this good old recipe of grandmother, delicious Tagliatelle pesto that you could quickly prepare at home.
INGRÉDIENTS
500 g of fresh and hand made Italian tagliatelle
200 g fresh basil
5 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons pine nuts
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 tablespoons cold water salt pepper

Blanch just 2 min the garlic cloves to remove the bitterness.
Chop them finely once they have been deglazed and put them aside Stir fresh basil without rinsing it if it comes from Organic Cilture.
Brown the pine nuts in a hot, dry pan without fat.
Prepare the Italian pesto:
Mix garlic, basil, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil and water together in a large bowl, using a blender and season to taste
Cook the fresh tagliatelle in a saucepan filled with boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Drain them when they are cooked reserving a ladle of cooking water.
Pour 1/2 ladle of cooking water into a wok on the fire, add the pesto and the drained tagliatelle.Sauté until pasta is well coated with pesto.
Rectify the seasoning if needed, and serve immediately.
