Quick slimming recipe of Moroccan couscous


light, dietetic and very good to integrate in a slimming diet The couscous is very low in calories and disgorges very quickly, so ideal for evening meals when you follow a diet to lose weight

 INGREDIENT 


• 200 g of wheat semolina (dehydrated couscous) 
• 200 g of spring water
 • 1 carotte cut in the planter
 • 1 red onion in strips 
• 1 zucchini cut in half-moon 
• 10 bunches of broccoli 
 • Harissa (spicy sauce of your choice)


 PREPARATION: 




Fry lightly, before cutting and in the order of cooking, the carrot, the onion and the zucchini in a saucepan. 

Add water until covered and add broccoli. In addition, bring the water to a boil and add the semolina, cover and remove from heat. 

Let stand for 10 minutes. Mix the couscous with the vegetables and serve warm with the Harissa.
