Quick slimming recipe of Moroccan couscous

• 200 g of spring water
• 1 carotte cut in the planter

• Harissa (spicy sauce of your choice)
PREPARATION:
Fry lightly, before cutting and in the order of cooking, the carrot, the onion and the zucchini in a saucepan.
